I'm on the 19 hour unlimited off peak data and I set my gig limit to 0 and I disabled unlimited peak hour usage so that I don't incur extra costs but I logged onto my dashboard yesterday 01/02/2020 and found that not only has Rain changed my limit without my permission to 5 gig at R250 they also showed that data was used already. They also seemed to have changed my service to pay as you use also without my permission. I think this is ***** and underhanded. I sent them 2 emails and they have not responded.
