Frastrated client

Every month it's a struggle with Rain because of their inpompitent sales agent that did not advise me that their billing date can not be changed. Billing dept sent me an email adving that they will change it *** on the 22nd Feb 2023 to date nothing was done. I spend my airtime every month from Jan explaining the same thing to different agents.
