Fradulant rain nightmare network

First of all if you guys debit on the 1st of September it means the money is for me to use your network for the whole of September and if I need to use your internet for October you debit again on the 1st now wat nonsense is this that you are telling me after I told you guys that you must cancel my rain account as of the 1st of October then you cancel for the 1st but continue to debit me for the service that I am no longer using...because if I don't pay for your service I don't use it just like dstv ...you guys must reverse my 479r because what you did is ***** you can't charge me for a service that am no longer using and I think its time for amburdsman to investigate this rain network because your service is below standard and you are robbing people of their money ..I want my money please
