Forever without internet connection

I have a Router that gets loaded 50 gigs every month but most of the time i am unable to access the internet. The whatsapp services that they have for customers is also useless. Last year the whole of December I was without service despite many calls and whatsappa to them. Every time when you get to speak to an agent you have to tell the story again from the beginning. I am without service as I am typing this message from my phone using Telkom data. From last week they services has become worse and ni sigm of improving.The required lights in the Router shows okay but with no internet.Afrihost bills me but Rain is supposed to be the servuce provider. Was thinking of their uncapped service but not anymore. This is nonsense
