Forecast_ sunshine, no RAIN!

I am in one of the best reception areas (according to Rain), yet I consistently struggle with connection. I restart my modem several times a day and still no joy. I would at this point not recommend Rain to anyone looking for reliable service. Trying to speak to foreigners when needing assistance is quite frustrating. Even though they are professional, they are limited to the FAQ's they were trained on. This is not my first review (refer Flushable Service). I'm stumped....
