For two weeks Thier service just dropped without any explanation what makes it worse is when I try to get help from Thier technical support no one picks up by the time I get home which is very frustrating why should I spend money trying to get through when they could just tell me to call within specific hours instead of saying they are connecting me to the available technicians which never happens
