For the past 3 months, my 5G service has been unreliable and practically unusable when more than one device is connected. It struggles to stream, download, or load basic websites. This defeats the purpose of having a high-speed connection. I have tested all variables on my side—router placement, limiting devices, etc.—but the issue clearly lies in your network's capacity or performance in my area. I expect immediate intervention or a clear explanation. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate the matter to ICASA and seek compensation or cancellation without penalty.
