For Rain ~ delivery is more than two weeks not 5days max

It's now 2 weeks since Rain promised to deliver my package on the 12th of March 2024. I am paying for 2 packages, the old that I cancel since I havent received the new one.

Was that order authentic or someone hijacked the process ~ but its appearing on my dashboard. Status of the order hasnt changed since day 1

Is this me only that is going through this with Rain or I have not been prioritized. I send a please call request everyday but no one responds

I would encourage others to try Vodacom etc than Rain The service is extremely bad

During covid they delivered same day, please Rain you can do better
