This is a follow-up on my previous communication regarding the refund of R319.94 initially requested on 28 February. I submitted to you all the required documents, including proof of payment and my banking details, on 28 March.

Kindly confirm the expected turnaround time for processing this refund, as it has been a considerable amount of time since submission.
