Follow-up of previous review
No action has been taken, its been more than a week now after making payment, previous review said Rain responded privately but there was no text in their reply. I would like to know when this is going to last, is it that difficult to check with you account department because even the bank statement proves that payment was made, what more do you want.

26 Oct 2021, 11:33Please do, I have sent my bankstatement again.Since the funds are still not cleared, what's the way forward, does it mean its another week or a month or a year without connection until you guys decide to clear it. Now with the online examinations I have to suffer because funds are not cleared, it is my fault, is that the way you treat all your customers.
