I do not understand why Rain threatened me with emails say if i do not pay they will suspend my Sim card 4G am using its being suspend from october 2022 till today cause they whant me to pay 4000 for 5G i did not use and my 4G i used

18 Jan 2023, 10:43Like i said itbqas off left it at home and i was in Lesotho from 22 decemer 2022 till 05 January 2023 why the sim came i swas told by your agent its Month to Month i do not pay i do not get access the router is still at home am at work with Vodacom data 3 gig how is this possible
