Fly by night internet
Rain is the pits. 3weeks without any internet connection for 3whole weeks. Agents drop the lines. Managers are never available and to top it off they will expect me to pay a debit order to them which i will not. I have so many reference numbers its unbelievable, soft skills and telephone etiquette are null and void. Their managers are always in so called meetings. Its soumd like a cheaplittle fly by night call centre they are running. All i want is my damn money back and to ****en part ways

20 Sept 2023, 19:27Ive arrived home sitting here cannot do anything, cannot work, no tv no nothing. Guys im even waiting for the so called sim cards being sent to me. Nothing. The billing department was also supposed to call me, clearly the service is at an all time pathetic low. No man this is not it, it realy isnt

I need my debit order to be cancelled, and my money refunded for this months premium. I cant be battling and begging for service im paying for 👎
