F*#k rain mobile

Its 2025. Signed up for rain router plus 2 SIMs. Wife and I both ported from Vodacom to rain for our mobiles. HUGE mistake!!!! After 4 days, and 20 phone calls, each time we are promised a call from tech support, ******* nothing happens! Call centre isn't even local. Call agents have a script to stick to and cannot actually provide effective customer service. We have been promised call backs from so called management. Never get one. DO NOT EVER USE "rain" for your cellphone! Rather flush it down the toilet.
