FIX YOUR SPEEDS RAIN HLY***

I am paying for 200mbps download and 100mbps upload. Right now I am getting 0.04mbps download and 1.4mbps upload. NEVER and i mean NEVER consider rain as your isp. I would rather sit at the wimpy and use their wifi for the rest of my life than use the absolute disappointment of a company called Rain. RAIN YOU SUCK
