FIX YOUR ****PY INTERNET BEFORE I LOOSE MY JOB.

Again 😭 I had to loose 2 hours of work due to having no internet after it has been intermittent for the past couple of weeks. Today it went completely off and when you try and get assistance in WhatsApp you speak with a stupid robot. Then a ticket is logged but no one care to respond or fix the issue I work from home and reason why I went for this ISP it's because it sold lies as my connection worked for a month and I have been having endless issues since. Why be a "Service" Provider but turn out to be. A "problem" provider. I have to log on for work first thing tomorrow morning and I am still without Internet but you don't play when it comes to taking my money every month.
