FIX THIS NOW - NO INTERNET SINCE 21/10/2022

I have been sitting without internet since 21/10/2022 and I have had many consultants telling me that it is the towers in my area that are under maintenance due to load shedding and then when the towers were back up they said I must reboot, reset and they even did a SIM swap and have technicians come out to assist. I still cannot connect to the internet. They are quick to deduct my money and tell me "Help is on the way" but I have to waste R250 on airtime to get through to them. Please fix this or I will cancel, I have been with Rain since 2019 and I do not recall such terrible service and condescending tones from agents. Please send competent techs to come and help me before this weekend ends or I will cancel and get my lawyers involved. Debiting money from someone for no service?
