Fix this ASAP I am really tired of your unprofessionalism!

This company should stop it seriously. From November 2023 I stopped using their services cause I didn't need it anymore.Came January 2024 they sent me an email saying I'm owing R1497 I wasn't happy with that cause I haven't been using their data for 3 months. I called thier call center and omg their unprofessionalism made me puke. I explained I wasn't using the data for 3 months I asked why they are declining on my bank 5 times a day everyday while I have no contract with them. I asked them to deactivate my account. The lady on the phone all she could say is that I need to pay there's nothing they can do. Then February R645 started to decline in my bank like 10 times a day till today and now they telling me I owe them R1998. I mean what the hell is wrong with Rain company. I chose them because they don't have contract, you pay you get your data, and if you don't pay you don't get no data. But now they act like I signed a contract with them. That is so unprofessional and it's ruining my name with my bank. Rain you need to fix this. I don't owe you no money and I don't ever wanna use your services never again. Fix thus.
