FIX MY INTERNET

We have not had internet since Wednesday. 100% in line with years of experience with Rain's pathetic customer service, nothing has been done. I have 3 reference numbers and we are still waiting for a technician to contact us to assess and fix the problem. Rain's call centre in India is equally as useless as it's South African counterpart, with the added frustration of very poor English. I have had to fork out money AGAIN for a secondary internet solution.

@Rain, please don't ask me to turn my router on and off or send me a reset link. The router is not switching on. We have tried another plug. We have also successfully used things plugged into where our internet usually is. Please come fix this problem.
