Firstly there is no support option / button / link on their website

Firstly there is no support option / button / link on their website. Try phoning them - No answer. No call back. No care. One have to get into a link for something else to raise a problem you're experiencing. No support 😡 Eventually get to talk to a support person who cuts the call half way through a conversation and they just don't have the decency to call back.

Dont lie and make excuses. You never called or bothered. Ive been trying to get you to extend my payment date. I've raised 3 tickets with no response from you. Useless and *********** as usual.
Per my last review, you still have not included any support options or links on your website. Like I said ... ***********!!!
