First off all delivery was late and have been struggling up to now to get my 101 and sims activated since yesterday with no joy logged numerous calls and nothing is happening

First off all delivery was late and have been struggling up to now to get my 101 and sims activated since yesterday with no joy logged numerous calls and nothing is happening. I dont know if something went wrong with delivery because the delivery guy had a problem scanning the parcel he didnt have data hat to connect him to my neighbors wifi, he did take a photo of my id and proof of address on my orders it still say order queued not delivered dont know if thats the problem. Its really un acceptable. But requesting a sales call takes minutes but support is really pathetic😡😡😡
