Rain was quick to deliver the router and within a few hours of delivery internet connection was setup and working. It was a flawless process. Sadly 4 months later for logistical reasons I have cancelled the service with Rain, but I commend their service in response and turnaround time for collecting the router within 3 working days. All dealings with Rain have been proficient
