Finally received the router replacement that is working

After a whole Rollercoaster of up and ans downs with Rain, I can safely say the wifi router was delivered second time around, and this time it is actually working and I can oy be grateful for this platform. Thank you Hellopeter for allowing us to review the services we get from different companies. It's because of this platform that our complains are attended. I was without the internet for two weeks , even though Rain network tried everything in thier powers to help, I still was not able to get the help, but I have to appreciate their effort and time ,although I was the one making follow up in most cases, when they say they will call but never called back. That is why I can't give them a full score, there a lot of room to improve and they can at least look into how they train thier consultants because some of them don't see to know what they are doing, and others know exactly why they are at work, and for that I must appreciate. Tne one I spoke with today, he was the best and he didn't even want me drop the line because he wanted us to conclude what we were talking about unlike the rest who promised someone will call. I can speak forever, but I will stop.here. thank you Rain.co.za and thank you Hellopeter. I am happily sorted, my children are happy 😊
