Filing the lawsuit this week

So it's been a month that I gave rain to sort out my billing stuff. Even though they keep debiting me and suspending my service. Even when the bank sended then certified documents showing that and rain acknowledge they have received it. Still not sorted. I waited with my lawsuit. But I will be filing it this week. As I have been trying to get hold of them again and still nothing. I am gonna file. Cause even when I call and they said a manager will call me back, I am still waiting and no call back.
