Ffs Rain !!

I'm still struggling with a problem I was having since my sim was activated months ago.

My connection keeps resetting every few minutes.

Rains excuse is that I'm not registered to the tower that I'm connected to. If I'm not registered then what the hell am I paying for ?

One of the agents got back to but I was at work at the time. Told me all I have to do is hard reset my router and my problem will be resolved. All excited when I got home and resettled my router. Just to find out half and hour later that the problem wasn't resolved.
