Rain is a *****ulent company. Two weeks ago rain made me pay reconnection fee for the services that I have not used for the whole year. Ok I paid that R522 to reconnect Now when I check my account which account no: ***9. Today they deducted 847.00 and I thought now I'm up to date. Even the money for January was supposed to be pro rated. So according to the statement the deduction was for January, they are still going to deduct for February in March which means they are still going to double deduct. So what was today's deduction for?I'm so annoyed especially since their customer service department is never available to help.
