Feels like I've been ****med

Feels like I have been ****med right now. signed up for RainOne Home with the 101 device package on 8 December 2025. Today it is the 11th of December 2025. There has been no further communication from Rain other than the email received on 8 December 2025 confirming my order and that it will be delivered within 1-3 working days. What worries me the most is when I called yesterday, call was answered by someone who is clearly not from South Africa, with US accent who couldn't help and recommended that I speak to someone at Logistics Department, that someone also had foreign accent - Pakistan/Middle east accent, the guy clearly didn't know how to help me as he said the order should take 3 to 5 working days, I mean their email said something different. The AI thing on their website provided me a number which is *** to call the courier, to my surprise the courier had no idea of my order as it is clearly not on their system, so the question is where is my order? is this even real or I was ****med?
