FEDUP with RAIN
Is it even possible to get hold of Rain South Africa? I have logged 3 issues with support over the website as directed, every time we receive an email that says someone will be in touch in 24-48 hrs but no one gets back to us. I have emailed, only to be told to use the support function on the website (THAT DOES NOT WORK) and phoned only to be told to use the support function on the website (THAT DOES NOT WORK). I eventually took to social media to try get hold of them on the 7th of August where I was asked to inbox them with my contact details, which I did (Immediately) and still have not heard a thing.
I messaged again on Facebook yesterday only to be asked for details I previously provided and still no response

I would suggest that you get intouch with management and make sure your support system starts working properly for customers, I know I am not the only customer with issues and I am appalled that Rain has a reputation to only respond once a consumer takes to Hello Peter.
