Fed Up With Rain

We are absolutely fed up with rain! since last year Oct we have experienced endless issues, from regular "alarms" on the primary site, to no internet at all and come 19h00 every night, the download speed drops to barely 5mbps.

I have logged numerous issues with ask rain, spoken to several agents (still waiting for a engineer to call us), moved the routed several times, rebooted the routed several times a day and still the issue remains.

At times the internet is so bad you cannot even perform a speed test and what is beyond frustrating is dealing with the ask rain app. I am not even going to get into the fact that the internet dies at the slightest hint of the weather acting up.

We rely heavily on a stable internet connection for work and Rain has not ceased to disappoint!

Maybe now someone can also help me understand why my upload speed never goes above 3mbps? If I could post a pic here of the poor speed we have at this moment I would.

Very frustrated and disappointed with Rain.
