Fed up wanna cancel

I'm so fed up fighting with rain every month and swearing and yelling at them the customer service is pathetic every month I have to call them 5 or 6 times to solve the problem today the same story and no one can help you or they just do not know how to do their job I am still waiting from January or for a Manger to call me and nothing yet
