FED UP OF RAIN😡😡😡
Rain consultants are big ****s they haven't resolved my network problem and last week they promised me that someone from the technical department will contact me but till date no one has contacted me. I have to call them every other day regarding their network issues and worst some of their consultants are rude which makes me hesitant to contact them whenever I'm facing internet challenges because I don't know who will take my call. Imagine the pain of buying other network data to work whilst I am paying for their services hence intermittent connection

07 Apr 2025, 01:05Imagine this is night hour and I have to work but I can't there is zero network I have been rebooting their router but nothing works.
When you call them the only thing they know is OPTIMISE " and worst some of their consultants will tell you that my internet is fine yet I will be having 0 to 3mbps download.
I am fed up with RAIN busy bragging about their smart 5g router hence its not working that's the worst nightmare

07 Apr 2025, 09:13Rain stop buzzing and lie that you're trying to call me I have called 2 consultants so far and I'm being told the tower is down and yet my problem has been ongoing since last week
Address my matter and be honest with me if you can't resolve my issue so that I look for another ISP

Their service is very pathetic and are such big ****s getting different responses from their support team and wonder who's lying and telling the truth

08 Apr 2025, 10:11Stop telling me to do all those stepson do that everyday and yet your router still gives me problems.I keep asking for an outdoor router but you are not helping me my whole place is surrounded by trees
You're denying me of an outdoor router yet 2 people from my neighborhood recently got an outdoor router installed at their place
I am tired of you guys not hearing my problem it's like you're all deaf can't you see that I call you each and everyday but none of your optimising and rebooting steps are working
