Fed up

I’m so disappointed with this Wi-Fi provider!! Every Damn month it’s a new problem and now it has been a month and my router keeps saying no internet after 5pm till 10pm and that is ridiculous as I work from home and it is jeopardising my job at this point! I’ve restarted it countless times and came to your office and told that it will be fixed! There are cheaper Wi-Fi providers that have a better service than this ****! It is ridiculous and My colleagues and neighbours who use rain are experiencing the same ****! We pay for this ****** service
