Fed Up

I am very disappointed with Rain's so called support and customer service. When you call to raise an issue, the consultants tone gets higher? The try and explain why this is an issue and why you feel this was and there is no communication skill here. I get absolutely no joy from emails, as i need to keep calling to get feedback on an issue. This is very upsetting and frustrating. I am not someone to complain at all, and always try to resolve the issue before going onto other platforms, but this has been the most dissatisfaction experience ever. This is how you lose clients.
