Fed up

I don’t know what to do anymore. I constantly have connection issues and I’ve moved the router to every room in the house. I have asked on multiple occasions for a more updated router as mine isn’t the newer router but my request falls on deaf ears. I am looking at other providers like Supersonic and Vuma because this frustrating.

That is the same excuse that you always give, I’ve been having issues for months now. And I also think that it’s my right as a client to request a new router. The one I currently have I can’t connect to wifi extender and I can’t use the Huawei AI app to monitor the router. I think I’m just going to find another service provider and then cancel Rain and the funny thing is I always used to recommend you guys to other people but I definitely won’t do that anymore.

I am constantly not able to connect, everyday it says no internet connection. I reboot the router, then I forget network and login again. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is to have wifi that doesn’t work properly. Once I found another service provider I’ll just cancel. I’m not the only having issues, people are complaining on alot of platforms about Rain
