Fed up

Worst service. They quick to take your money even over charge but cant give you service. Have to beg just about o get help / service. Complaints dont get addressed nor resolved. No one ever phone back even after according to call centre say they have escallated case. My unit is faulty been saying this for long yet nothing gets done. Always stories yet no real help. Im fed up with their useless service
