Fed up

I have had no network for 2 months!!!! I was told technical support will call yet no call. Poor poor customer service. How can one pay 500rand for dolo. I will me cancelling my subscription if this matter are not resolved and fixed or i want my money back. Logging tickets after logging tickets. Help is on the way they say. Where to not my adress. Totally unacceptable. Fix it!!!!!!Network goes off and on. I will now not recommend this anymore!!
