February paid 31 January, no gb, mins, SMSs.

Well into the 2nd of the month and I've had no location for my phones. And the response to my ticket of 3 hours ago is the usual "help is on its way". "Soon".

I've been using Rain One for a year and a half! There's nothing wrong with the configuration.

Yes, I know! As always, I use myrain to keep track. And it's very simple. Nothing was added for February! And while I was able to open Raingo earlier, I can no longer do so.

I cannot find the myrain app at Google Play Store. But I can now get into Raingo. Which again says that I only have .31gb left. That's impossible. I have been using only Rain WiFi for the past two days. And the 136 balance says 2.29gb.
Please can someone make some direct contact with you me, so we can avoid this Hellopeter exchange?

It is both my Rain one phones. Although I am not that concerned about my secondary phone, which has a bigger issue that has been going on for months. Regarding my primary phone, it's not only the data that Rain Go is showing as only .31gb, but also the calls and SMSs. Rain Go shows only 40 calls. But I have made absolutely no calls in the past two days. Why is raingo showing different info to that shown by 136?! And what happened to the myrain app?

I repeat... why can't someone call me and stop me having to type long msgs?

Never been heard anything further after the "escalation". But hey presto,the missing February gb, calls, and SMSs eventually appeared like magic on raingo. For both my phones. An acknowledgment of a Rain glitch and an apology would have been appropriate.

But I have still not been told what has happened to the myrain app that I used to use. Raingo gives me the same information , but there is no remember me option, so one has to continually sign in.

Yes, I know that it has now been allocated. I said that in my earlier post today! What I DON'T know is why it happened (or didn't happen) and why it took me so long to get Rain to fix the problem.

Re raingo, may I suggest that the option to "remember me" be added? It's a pretty common feature in apps, for good reason.
