Faulty Wifi router from Rain network
I am so disappointed by the poor service i received from Rain this month!!! After such a long time being with rain!!! I upgraded to the new Rain 101 and i got my delivery only to find out its a faulty device with a broken LCD screen. This was confirmed by thier technician. The technician didn't have a router with him to replace the broken one. They escalated the matter and a new router was scheduled to be delivered to us yesterday by CCD courier only for RAIN to cancel the order with out letting us know. Its been 5 days now with no internet connection and no new router. But they took our money!!!!!! What type of service is this!!!

09 Oct 2024, 16:29Please kindly note that i haven't received any message regarding a delivery for tomorrow and where it will be delivered for me to have the necessary documents to receive the package. I was expecting atleast a phone call as well.
