Faulty Tower

On receiving the sim I was unable to Rica it myself so Rain sent a new sim with Ram who Ricaed it when they delivered, however I was still unable to use the sim as it was not connecting. After numerous times of contacting Rain I finally got through to someone who knew what they were doing and I was able to connect to the internet. Everything was working fine till a few weeks back when the internet speed dropped. I contacted Rain to find out what the problem is and all I get is that the tower I am connected to is faulty and when asked when it will be fixed they say there is no ETA. Till today it has not been sorted.
