Faulty router

The adaptor is loose and therefore doe not adhere to the router. I logged a call with rain and to this day the issue has not been resolved since January 2024 yet they expect payment every month but i struggle to even use their service. I have tried to contact them several times and I am always told the matter has been escalated but nothing has ever been done.
