Faulty Reuter on Contract

5G Rain device contracted to late last year only worked for three months. This is a third week the Reuters has no network. I have contacted Rain multiple times but only get empty promises. Sad story is they do not hesitate to debit premiums but dismally failing on their service level agreement. I called them again this morning, empty promises. Problem still not resolved.
