I can't even give you a 1 star because honestly Rain, you dont even deserve a 1 star rating. I am disgusted to my core. Your billing system is up to ****!!! I am beyond furious with how you treat you customers. Stand up as a business and face the music. You caused unhappy customers and when we want answers you run away. Not only do you commit ***** but efforts to owning up to your responsibilities of YOUR CONSEQUENCES towards your mistakes is pathetic!!! Oh and your connection is an absolute joke. I think stand-up comedy is more in line of your job discription!
