Fast, efficient, but I was given the wrong information about canceling my existing service. The assistant told me I could cancel it with immediate effect, but a Google search on my supplier (VOX) tells me they need a Calendar months notice. This means I will have double accounts for one month. I feel Rain should not charge me until my notice period with VOX is done.
