Fantastic Service

What an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with Rain and all I have spoken to at the call center. I messed up my own order late Saturday night, and duplicated my order, called Monday to explain. It was sorted out, and refund arranged for duplicate. Today, both orders were delivered, no problem, called the call center, arrangements have been made to collect duplicate order. Seconds after taking delivery from RAM, sim for correct order was activated. Absolute fantastic service all round, and the the call center team score 10 out of 10 from me.
