Fantastic patience

I would like to commend Nkululeko Makhanya from the Rain service department for his fantastic assistance. He was so excellent with his service. He was with me on the line until we sorted out the setup of my sim. I have not been so impressed with a call centre agent in a long time. Thank you for your patience and friendly assistance. Wish more people loved their jobs as much.
