Falsely charged
Guys I have a problem with Rain, I took the sim card in 2021, which I cancelled a year later because of the poor service, they cancelled my services on one of the months, then a month later I was billed of something that I didn’t use I asked for a breakdown on how we got there and no one responded, 2 years later I am told I owe double the amount of what was billed that time. I am still confused as to how we got there. Even now I responded to their emails and asked for the breakdown again on how we got to the amount they wrote and that you used those services because it’s definitely not me

Who used those services, how come I have three outstanding invoices when I didn’t use the rain and I asked to be cancelled in dec, please send the breakdown on who had access on those month because it was definitely not me. I am not going to pay something I didn’t use, if this is failed to be resolved I am afraid I will have to take action if it means I have to go on each and every social media platform to get help so be it, I call this *******
