False Promises - I WANT TO CANCEL!

Absolutely disgusted in this network provider. I have never seen a company who is so fast to take money from you without providing the service promised.

Although my area has 4G coverage and a site 0.4kms away from us, we get download speeds of 0.5mbps on average which is absolutely pathetic!

I cannot even use Facebook on my phone let alone do my work. Sad thing is I only received this sim yesterday and it has been so disappointing.

PLEASE CANCEL THIS AND REFUND MY MONEY!!

No surprise that I have not been contacted as yet.

Anyway I’m sure the ombudsman and ICASA would love to hear how this company takes peoples’ money without providing a usable service.
