False Promises
We were promised that the amount we owe will be deducted. Till today we trying to make payment. Now that is a surprise to them.

We were told that the bill will be reduced to R500 by one of your agents. He said he will send a payment link. We have been waiting and tried in many occasions to get in contact with you guys. Nothing is happening. Now you here telling me that the card expired. Showing exactly what I am talking about.
You never asked me my detail but you here acting like you trying to sort the issue out while you don't even have my account details.
