False pretense and dishonesty by Rain

I contacted the call center to cancel my subscription just after my last payment in April. I was promised a reduced subscription of 30% less (R370.3) for the next 3 months ending Jul from R529 until my finances improve. This was mentioned to have been updated on the system however for the past 2 Months i have received full payment requests, which were honored however not budgeted for. I am really disappointed at this as I have been calling the call centre but nothing filters through unless the system update story was just for show. They must come collect their ****** device! My loyalty is not worth their dishonesty!
