False Charge on My Rain account

I subscribed to Rain in May and was charges R479. This card was not delivered due to Rica requirements as I wanted it delivered at the address where I was staying during Lockdown but did not have proof residence. I then reordered another sim to be delivered at my work place. This was done and I claimed a refund. The refund was done but to my surprise they charged me R479 for 5G service fee. Am sure this is a bogus charge as I have never used 5G with Rain.

I contacted them seeking clarity on the charge. Its been 8days now I haven't heard from them. Rain just stole my R479

Thank you. Your agent one France Munyai reached out to me, but when I responded with a question "Can I get an explanation on the 5G service fee" I have not received any reply.

I will not stop following up as this money that was taken from my account R479. Is a lot and I worked hard for it. It is within my right to know what am being made to pay for. Until then, my position still remains "Rain stole my R479"
