False and misleading information to customers

On the 25th of May i called to upgrade from the 4G sim only to the rain one plan, the lady at sales told me i must first pay for the 4G sim only plan then I'll be able to cancel and apply for the rain one plan, of which i decided i won't be able to pay for both plans and at the time i decided to keep my 4G sim only plan, but minutes later i received a call from another consultant and she adviced that it would be possible to upgrade to the rain one plan and i will be refunded for the money i paid for the 4G sim only, i agreed to do so based on the advice i was given and paid, then Monday the 29th i called to cancel the 4G sim only as adviced and request refund, I'm given the run around, the last communication was with the supervisor he said he will listen to the recording and give feedback but till to date i haven't gotten any feedback
